Sev & Bhujia

Sev is made by pressing besan dough through a mould and frying the strands until crisp. Our range runs from thin Jini Sev to thick, spicy Jadi Tikhi Sev. Ratlami Sev and Bikaneri Sev take their names from their home towns, Aloo Bhujia Sev adds potato, and Gunchda Sev completes the shelf.
Sprinkle sev over bhel, poha, sev usal or a plate of chaat, or eat it by the handful with tea. It is also the finishing touch for sev tameta nu shaak and a must for Diwali snack trays. Radhe Prem Ni Mithaas delivers sev across India.
