Jina Ganthiya – Thin, Delicate Besan Ganthiya
Jina means fine in Gujarati, and these ganthiya are slimmer and more delicate than the usual kind. A soft dough of gram flour, ajwain, salt and a little papad khar is pressed into thin sticks and fried in vegetable oil until crisp.
The gentle seasoning makes them easy to enjoy by the handful with masala chai. Dip them in green chutney, serve them with fried green chillies, or set out a bowl for guests at family get-togethers.
Available in a 200g pack. Order Jina Ganthiya online from Radhe Prem Ni Mithaas and have it delivered anywhere in India.
