Farali Masala Sing – Spiced Peanuts for Vrat and Tea-Time
Sing is the Gujarati word for peanuts, and this farali snack is made mostly from them. The peanuts are tossed in a masala of sendha namak, red and Kashmiri chilli, amchur, turmeric and poppy seeds. A little sugar rounds out the heat.
Keep some handy during Navratri, Ekadashi and other upvas, or enjoy a handful with evening chai. It also works as a crunchy topping for farali bhel and as a quick snack on long drives or at the office.
Available in a 250g pack. Order Farali Masala Sing online from Radhe Prem Ni Mithaas for delivery anywhere in India.
