Choco Strawberry Barfi – Chocolate and Strawberry Mawa Barfi

This fusion barfi starts with a soft mawa base made mostly from milk cooked down with sugar. One layer is flavoured with cocoa powder and the other with strawberry crush, then the two are set together. A little ghee adds richness, and edible silver leaf (varakh) tops each piece.
