Chat Puri – Crisp Puris Made for Chaat

These flat, crunchy little puris are made from refined wheat flour and gram flour with groundnut oil and vanaspati. They are fried crisp and seasoned with Kashmiri red chilli, black salt and a little turmeric for a mild, savoury taste.

Top them with boiled potato, chutneys, curd and sev for sev puri or papdi chaat, or crush a few over bhel. They hold their snap under toppings and are just as good on their own with masala chai. Keep a pack in the cupboard for chaat evenings and unexpected guests.
