Anjeer Chakra – Fig and Cashew Wheel Sweet

Chakra means wheel, and this kaju sweet takes its name from its round shape. A cashew and sugar base is mixed with dried figs (anjeer), almonds, pistachios and poppy seeds. Honey, a little ghee, cardamom and saffron round off the flavour.
