Dried Apricot (Jardalu) – Chewy, Sweet-Tart Dry Fruit
Jardalu is the Gujarati name for dried apricots, which are called khubani in Hindi. Drying gives the fruit a dense, chewy texture and concentrates its sweet, gently tangy flavour.
Eat a few straight from the pack, chop them into trail mixes and breakfast bowls, or add them to a Diwali dry fruit platter alongside cashews and almonds. Soaked and stewed, dried apricots become khubani ka meetha, the much-loved Hyderabadi dessert.
Available in a 250g pack. Order Dried Apricot (Jardalu) online from Radhe Prem Ni Mithaas for delivery anywhere in India.
