Dry Fruit Kachori – Crisp Shell, Sweet-Spicy Dry Fruit Filling

A crisp shell of refined wheat flour, made with groundnut oil and vanaspati, wraps a filling of dates, almonds, cashews and raisins. Fennel, sesame, amchur, red chilli and warm spices such as clove, cinnamon and cardamom give each kachori a sweet, tangy and gently spicy taste.
