Fafda – Crisp Gujarati Besan Strips for Breakfast

These long, flat strips are made from gram flour dough seasoned with ajwain, black salt and a pinch of hing. They are fried in groundnut oil for a light, crisp bite. Each pack comes with a pickle to serve on the side.
